You may choose to contribute additional funds tax deferred, through various options offered by the Plan Administrator.```{=html}``` Grothouse Benefit-**Paid Time Off:**```{=html}``` Grothouse provides all eligible Full-Time employees with Paid Vacation Time and Paid Designated Holidays.```{=html}``` Grothouse Benefit- **Employee Discounts and Friends and Family Discounts**Key accountabilities and requirements for **CNC MANUFACTURING include:** Microsoft Office experience- Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Basic or Advanced 3D CAD/CAM experience Advanced understanding of drawings, drafting Strong communication skills both with customers and coworkers about project details Experience developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods The ability to identify needs and efficiency improvements of production to maintain and improve quality and process improvement Developing and documenting standard operating proceduresWe will train you, but basic skills and understanding in 3D parametric CAD such as Solidworks or Inventor are key. Experience in Mastercam or other machining software or experience in CNC machining are major pluses. Experience in countertops, woodworking and/or home décor are also a plus but not required.
