Outside Sales Representative Cornerstone Marble & Granite Local Travel Required Pay: $40,000–$75,000 per year (Base + Commission) Cornerstone Marble & Granite is a locally owned countertop fabrication and installation company specializing in granite, quartz, marble, and other natural stone surfaces. We’re growing and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help bring in new business and build lasting relationships in our community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people face-to-face, and earning commission based on their own effort—while still spending part of the week working alongside a supportive office team. Position Overview As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll generate new business by meeting with builders, contractors, and homeowners, setting appointments, and bringing countertop projects into our shop. This position offers base pay plus commission, with commission earned only on jobs you personally bring in—meaning your income grows directly with your sales. Responsibilities Proactively generate new sales by visiting builders, contractors, and referral partners Schedule and attend sales appointments Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and customers Travel locally to meet clients and develop new business Spend part of the week working in the front office assisting with sales-related tasks Communicate clearly with office and production teams Track leads, appointments, and jobs brought in Represent Cornerstone Marble & Granite professionally at all times What We’re Looking For Strong drive and motivation to sell Comfortable with face-to-face sales and relationship building Self-starter who can work independently Excellent communication and people skills Organized, dependable, and accountable Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Sales experience preferred (Construction, remodeling, or building industry experience is a plus—but not required) Pay & Benefits Base pay plus commission Commission paid on jobs you personally bring in Mileage reimbursement Paid training Opportunity to grow income as sales increase Stable, locally owned company with a strong reputation Schedule Combination of field sales and office work Weekday schedule (details discussed during interview) If you’re driven, enjoy sales, and want a role where your effort directly impacts your income, we’d love to hear from you.
