The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. We are committed to ensuring that every child is loved, every family is supported, and every individual has the tools to succeed.At Aspiranet, every role contributes to something greater, helping to create a future where opportunity, hope, and healing are within everyone’s reach.🔍Key ResponsibilitiesYour Skills and DutiesProvide front office reception and manage a multi-line phone systemMaintain program databases and generate accurate, timely reportsManage petty cash accounts, fiscal fund requests, and reconciliationsCode and submit reimbursements and vendor invoicesMaintain donation records and financial documentationSupport onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing HR administrative processesPrepare meeting materials, correspondence, and safety meeting documentationConduct file management, audits, archiving, scanning, and data entryManage incoming/outgoing mail, office supply inventory, and meeting room schedulingProvide local technical support related to agency equipmentMaintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory requirementsModel Aspiranet’s Professional Code of Ethics and agency values✅ QualificationsEducation & Work ExperienceMinimum of two (2) years of experience in clerical or business office operationsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)Experience working in a Windows-based environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Licenses & CertificationsMeets all state-required conditions of employment (DOJ Fingerprint Clearance, Child Abuse Index Clearance, TB/Health Physical)Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record if driving is required💻 Work Environment & ScheduleThis position typically operates in a standard office environment.
