Job Description Title: Quality Inspector / Compliance SpecialistLocation: Waco, TXType: Full-TimeOverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure all parts meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements. This role also supports our compliance systems and helps maintain high-quality standards across the organization.This position is critical to maintaining customer trust and supporting our AS9100-style quality culture.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision toolsPerform first article, in-process, and final inspectionsInterpret engineering drawings and GD&TDocument inspection results and maintain quality recordsIdentify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysisSupport compliance with quality standards (AS9100D preferred)Assist with audits and continuous improvement initiativesHelp refine inspection processes and documentationQualifications2+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of measuring tools and inspection techniquesAbility to read blueprints and GD&TExperience with quality systems (AS9100D or ISO preferred)Strong attention to detail and documentation skillsWhat We're Looking ForPrecision mindset — you catch what others missIntegrity — you uphold standards even when it's inconvenientProcess-oriented — you help improve systems, not just inspect partsAccountability — quality is your responsibility
