Leading supplier in the food ingredients industry is seeking a Customer Support Specialist. This role is critical to providing an accurate order processing, inventory coordination, and a high level of customer satisfaction across accounts. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order submissions, updates, and changes, while working closely with warehouse and internal teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment. Must have manufacturing customer support experience to be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer orders from start to finish for both U.S. and international customersEnter orders into the system and get them ready for warehouse picking and shippingWork directly with customers to provide updates, make changes, and confirm ordersPreferred Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in customer service, sales administration, or operationsExperience in a food or chemical manufacturing strongly preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdditional DetailsHourly Rate: $24-$28/hour, depending on relevant experienceEmployment Type: Temp-to-PermWork Schedule: Onsite, 5 days per weekLocation: Near Western SuburbsThis search is being conducted confidentially.
