With over 10,000 successful installations and multiple Angie's List Super Service Awards, Kitchen Saver transforms kitchens quickly while maximizing usable space and saving customers money by improving existing cabinets.POSITION SUMMARY:  The primary purpose of this position is to supervise, maintain, and improve upon the growth and success of Sales within an assigned territory. The Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training sales personnel, conducting and monitoring daily sales activities throughout the territory including, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Buffalo, NYESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Train and mentor sales personnel: a. Develops training programs for newly hired sales personnel.b. Performs regular ride along with assessments for all sales personnel. 2. Distributes sales leads to personnel daily. 3. Provides individual performance statistics to the sales personnel.4. Holds sales personnel accountable for meeting and improving upon performance to meet or exceed company standards.5. Contacts customers of canceled and no-sale appointments to regain trust, interest, and reschedule; performs sales pitches for saved appointments.6. Responds immediately to customer issues and concerns.7. Ensures timely and accurate reporting of office sales results to the Regional VP of Sales.8. Conducts bi-weekly sales meetings.9. Attends and participates in other branches, regional, and corporate meetings.10. Develops monthly Sales plans for the territory and submit to the Regional VP of Sales.SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:1. Maintains a professional office environment.2. Ensures compliance of sales personnel.3. Complies with all safety policies and procedures.4. Performs other job-related duties as assigned to meet business needs.
