Full Stack Java Developer

Job Title: Full-stack Java Developer Location: Princeton, NJ Job Type: Contract (W2 Only) Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on Rest API development, React UI, Java, DevOps practices, and AWS Cloud services. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using Java for back-end services and React for front-end interfaces. Design, implement, and maintain Restful APIs to support integration with various internal and external systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define and implement new features. Ensure code quality through regular code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration. Implement DevOps practices, including automated deployments, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and monitoring. Work with AWS Cloud services to deploy, manage, and scale applications in a cloud environment. Troubleshoot and debug production issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency within the development team. Mandatory Skills: Strong experience in Rest API Development. Proficiency in building responsive user interfaces using React UI. Extensive experience with Java, including experience with frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Practical experience with AWS Cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc. Preferred Skills: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. Familiarity with microservices architecture. Knowledge of other front-end frameworks or libraries such as Angular or Vue.js. Experience with additional cloud platforms or multi-cloud environments.
