Technical Program Manager
Key Job Responsibilities & Duties:Must come onsite to Spring, TXActively manage and maintain project work backlog, Sprints, client technical deliverables, schedules, risks and communication. Performs as Scrum Master as needed, conducts Sprint planning, retrospectives and follow-up with improvements.Provide overall technical leadership & delivery in various Project solutions, new initiatives, and ongoing deliverables in terms of architecture, design, development, and support as needed.Supervise Solutions in terms of overall architecture, design, development, testing and maintenance of PC Hardware Diagnostic software solutions for world-wide factory and customer releases in respect to supply chain services processes. Diagnostic solutions interfaces PC low level components using various APIs and h/w, f/w, BIOS Protocols.Work with various client subject matter experts (SME), stakeholders such as PM/Program managers, R&D personnel to clearly manage expectations, cross-functional deliverables and maintain relationship.Actively engage and utilize data analytics in supporting timely troubleshooting, root causing and resolution of Hardware Diagnostics application software bugs, production and/or customer issues to maintain business continuity.Help improve and maintain developers’ best practices in terms of code quality, coding standards, documentations, improving overall processes in respect to project launches.Delegates and supervises work between team members across projects, and regions.Company Info:BoldTek is a fast growing IT professional service company serving various high-tech companies delivering innovative and smart technology solutions internationally.
