Your area of responsibility Order entry, verification and confirmation Internal order coordination with production/purchasing and external coordination with customers Processing of general customer concerns such as delivery time enquiries General administrative tasks, e.g. master data maintenance in the ERP Entering, controlling and payment preparation of supplier invoices Support for the purchasing department Telephone switchboard Holiday replacement based on the area of responsibility What you should bring along Commercial education or similar qualification Fluently written and spoken German and (very) good English skills Additional language skills of advantage (preferably Spanish and French) Independent, structured and target-orientated way of working Experiences with Microsoft 365 and ERP are an advantage This is what you can rely on with us Permanent employment contract (part-time 30h/5-day week; flexitime) A friendly, collegial team with a mix young and experienced colleagues Comprehensive induction & training program Training and education opportunities Flat hierarchy and communication at eye level Mobile working/home office arrangement possible Individual development opportunities Pension fund Job bike We look forward to receiving your application and would like to get to know you!
