Job Description The Warehouse Associate at TIPCO Technologies is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and qualityPick, pack, and prepare orders for shippingMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environmentOperate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if certified)Follow safety procedures and company policiesOther duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious warehouse or logistics experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and teamwork skillsWork EnvironmentThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and stand.
