This role focuses on transportation management, material flow optimization, and continuous improvement to support facility and business unit logistics needs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support inbound and outbound material flow to ensure efficient shipping, receiving, storage, and deliveryProvide logistics coordination, analysis, and operational supportLead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and inventory levelsSupport transportation planning, including carrier and mode selectionMonitor carrier performance and support corrective action effortsIdentify opportunities to reduce transportation costs and premium freightSupport facility logistics operations and resolve transportation-related issuesManage freight expenses, including loss and damage claimsCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support logistics operationsEducation & Experience RequirementsEducation:Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldMinimum: Associate’s degreeExperience:2–4 years of relevant experienceInternships accepted as applicable experienceComparable Backgrounds Considered:Supply ChainProduct ManagementRequired SkillsStrong ownership and accountability mindsetAnalytical problem-solving skillsStrong process and systems thinkingAbility to work effectively in changing or ambiguous environmentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsEmotional intelligenceRequiredTechnical SkillsMicrosoft Office SuitePreferredPower BI#INDOEM
