We hire individuals with a strong work ethic who align with our core values.What you will do:Willing to work towards becoming knowledgeable in product specifications, GMP policies, SSOP procedures and HACCP programsAble to handle people management and manage department when Team Leader is outAssist with hooking/unhooking cages, operating and crane when neededMaintain all required files and keep legible and accurate recordsAbility to work independently and with othersMaintain a safe working environment for all employees by following all safety rules.   Help ensure only safe, wholesome, quality products are produced for our customers by following all good manufacturing practices.   Perform position-specific duties as assigned by your supervisor as needed.What to expect: Work 8- to 10-hour shifts on concrete floors.       Perform repetitive motions such as twisting, turning, bending and reaching.   Lift items up to 50 pounds.   Wear a hair net, hard hat, ear protection, safety glasses, boots and/or other personal protective equipment.   Work with large groups of people as a team.
