Title Analyst III

A company is looking for an Analyst, Title Svs III. Key Responsibilities Research and resolve escalated and complex Title files with the assistance of Legal Counsel Manage the Title Curative email inbox and assign files to other Analysts as necessary Prepare monthly status reports for management and assist with training of new staff Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or relevant certification preferred Five to seven years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Extensive knowledge of legal terminology related to title insurance and property law Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents and policies
