**Location:** Sarasota, FL**Shift:** Sun - Thur 10pm - 6:30am**Assignment:** Temp-to-HireAdecco is hiring a **Machine Operator (Operator I)** for a manufacturing facility in Sarasota. This role supports daily production by operating equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and clean work area.**Responsibilities**+ Operate production machinery and follow set procedures+ Perform start-up, shutdown, and in-process inspections+ Read work orders, follow instructions, and complete documentation+ Maintain workstation cleanliness and adhere to safety/GMP standards+ Troubleshoot basic machine issues+ Evaluate product quality and report nonconformities+ Additional duties may be assigned depending on department (Chain & Spooling or Extrusion)**Qualifications**+ Machine operation experience preferred+ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English+ Basic math and measurement skills+ Comfortable using hand tools+ Dependable, adaptable, and able to cross-train+ High School Diploma/GED preferred**Physical Requirements**+ Standing for long periods+ Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs+ Manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts**Pay Details:** $16.75 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
