**Job Description****Interstate Mailroom Clerk****Company:** Interstate Lab Group**Location:** Ontario, OH**Shift:** Mon-Fri 11am-7pm)**Pay:** $15.00 per hour**Position Summary**Interstate Lab Group is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Mailroom Clerk. The primary focus of this position is to process completed orders into shipping bins once they are completed. This position requires moderate supervision.This is a production support role in a fast-paced optical lab environment.**Key Responsibilities**+ Put away completed orders into appropriate bins awaiting shipping+ Make boxes+ Look up orders in DVI to determine their destination+ Pack trips (UPS & Couriers)+ Sweep/clean counters/dust+ Attention to detail is imperative+ Mailroom employees may be asked to learn shipping as well; mandatory weekends are to be expected, you will be on a rotation with your fellow mailroom workers**Qualifications**+ High school diploma or GED preferred+ Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)+ Strong attention to detail+ Good hand dexterity and fine motor skills+ Ability to stand for extended periods+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic**Work Environment**+ Fast paced, time-sensitive department, moderate supervision required, self-motivated individuals+ Regularly work with others.+ The noise level in the office is generally quiet.**Compensation & Benefits**+ $15.00 per hour+ Bi-weekly pay+ Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable)+ Opportunity for growth within the company**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
