Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Benefits Manager role located in State College, PA. The Benefits Manager will oversee the administration and management of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Responsibilities include managing FMLA and COBRA processes, analyzing benefits data, liaising with carriers, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize benefit offerings. The role requires close collaboration with HR teams to improve processes, drive employee satisfaction, and maintain a competitive benefits portfolio. Qualifications Proven experience in Benefits Administration and Benefits ManagementStrong knowledge of U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and COBRA regulationsAdvanced Analytical Skills with the ability to review and interpret benefits data for decision-makingExcellent communication and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferredFamiliarity with group benefits strategies and industry practices is a plusExperience with compliance and regulatory updates related to employee benefits
