Construction Supervisor Crossroad Construction Group, LLC Full-Time | $52,000 per year | Travel Required (IN, KY, TN, ID) Crossroad Construction Group, LLC is hiring a full-time Construction Supervisor to help manage commercial remodel projects primarily focused on The UPS Store locations across Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Idaho. This role supports job site operations, helps lead crews, and ensures that remodel work meets company standards and timelines. Pay & Travel: Salary: $52,000/year $40/day per diem (or meals provided) for out-of-state travel Company or rental vehicle provided for out-of-state travel Responsibilities: Support day-to-day operations at commercial remodel job sites Assist with job planning, scheduling, and crew coordination Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on site and in use as needed Help oversee quality of workmanship and adherence to safety standards Communicate regularly with Foreman and Project Manager Work hands-on as needed to keep jobs moving Requirements: Experience in commercial construction, preferably in a supervisory or lead role Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history Comfortable with regular travel and overnight stays Must have personal hand tools and general construction skills Preferred skills: flooring installation, drywall work, reading plans Dependable, organized, and able to work in fast-paced environments Apply today by submitting your resume and a short summary of your experience.
