Head of Human ResourcesAbout the CompanyFast-growing commercial real estate investment firmIndustry AccountingType Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Head of Human Resources will be responsible for executing forward-thinking HR strategies that support business objectives and strengthen employee engagement, fairness and organizational effectiveness, managing the full hiring process including workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing and onboarding to ensure seamless talent acquisition, identifying development needs and implementing training and career development programs, designing and administering compensation and benefits programs while evaluating market trends to maintain competitive practices, partnering with managers to improve team effectiveness through coaching and performance development, organizing initiatives that build morale, ensuring all HR practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, and serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team to guide strategic decisions that impact company growth and long-term success.The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least seven years of human resources experience including demonstrated experience independently leading and managing all functions of a full-service HR department, possess comprehensive knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations, be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and trustworthiness, show success managing priorities in a high-energy, growth-oriented environment, and ideally bring industry knowledge relevant to the organization’s sector.Travel Percent Less than 10%FunctionsHuman Resources
