Job Title: Entry Level Panel Tech Location: Bridgeville, PA Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $41,600.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0 Responsibilities Assist in assembling and wiring control panels based on project specifications, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams Support the installation of electrical components such as relays, switches, and circuit breakers in control panels following instructions from senior technicians Help inspect wiring and components to ensure they meet safety and quality standards Assist in troubleshooting issues encountered during assembly and report to senior team members Collaborate with engineers and experienced technicians to ensure control panels meet project requirements Keep track of wiring configurations and components used during assembly Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment Help maintain tools, equipment, and work area in organized condition Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in electrical systems or control panel wiring is a plus No previous experience required; relevant coursework or internships in electrical systems preferred Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring Eagerness to learn and follow instructions Ability to use hand tools and electrical testing instruments Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and guidelines Must be able to lift moderate objects and stand for extended periods Attention to detail, following instructions carefully, and focus on precision Strong willingness to collaborate and communicate effectively with others in a team environment System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
