Are you a people-person who loves cars and solving problems? We're looking for a rockstar Service Advisor to be the go-to connection between our customers and our service team. What You'll Do:Greet customers like a champ and get the details on what their car needs Help diagnose issues (with a little road testing, if needed!) Requirements A friendly, helpful attitude and excellent communication skills An eye for detail and a knack for staying organized Someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services Ability to explain technical information in a way customers understand Comfort using scheduling and service software (we'll train you on the specifics) Valid driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education a plus) .
