CostFlex Systems, a healthcare software firm located in Mobile, AL, is seeking a Full-Time Software Developer to design, create, and maintain internal software programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and programming, paired with an analytical mindset and a strong work ethic. Job Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain internal applications that support healthcare cost analytics Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs, data issues, and performance challenges Work across multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and improve system functionality Respond to support requests and help ensure system reliability Must be present in the office 100% to physically and logistically work from our office in Mobile, AL every weekday. Occasional travel may be required. Required Skills: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming or related field 2+ years’ Software Development experience 2+ years’ .Net, SQL Server experience MS Access/VBA, VB6, and VB.Net a plus Solid understanding of database design, querying, and performance optimization Ability to debug issues and think critically about system behavior Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Detail-oriented and highly organized Healthcare experience a plus Benefits: Annual salary range based on experience and qualifications.
