CRM & Systems Integration Specialist
We are seeking a CRM & Systems Integration Specialist to design, manage and enhance our marketing and commercial systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Partner Portal, lead-gen automation, customer service tools, pricing systems, and digital sales enablement tools.This role works cross-functionally across Marketing, and Sales to build and maintain automated integrations that improve data quality and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise, systems thinking, and business acumen to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that support growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce System Administration Administer and enhance Salesforce, including configuration (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports)Lead Salesforce projects, including integrations and third-party applicationsDesign and optimize lead generation, routing, scoring, and lifecycle management processesProvide insights to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomesSystems IntegrationManage the digital ecosystem of marketing, sales, customer service, and digital platforms (CRM, marketing automation, partner portal, and product configurator)Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance, usability, and reportingEnhance and maintain reporting to track lead generation, funnel performance, and revenue impactEnsure consistency and accuracy of pricing, product data, and workflows across platformsProvide insights to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomesCustomer-facing Digital Tools ManagementSupport and optimize customer-facing digital platforms used for quoting and order management, including access based on user roles and permissionsPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure systems are integrated, scalable, and aligned with business processes across the customer lifecycleEnsure seamless integration across platforms and troubleshoot system issues as neededQualificationsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and process improvementEffective communication and cross-functional collaborationFamiliarity with identity/access tools (ex. miniOrange, Okta) preferredExperience with pricing, quoting, or order management systems a plusA demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed and independent manner, prioritizing work appropriately
