Our mission is to shape the future by remaining at the forefront of technology and bringing new innovations to life.Focus Areas• Act as a proactive driver for USCDT, partnering with stakeholders throughoutTechnology to lead strategic programs.• Build strong working relationships across the business, including with teams,business partners, and senior leaders, to enhance collaboration, resolvechallenges, remove obstacles, and create impactful solutions.• Lead technical discussions related to project plans, ensuring alignment acrossvarious teams.• Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to assess and develop insights onopportunities that influence the strategic direction of projects.• Lead essential governance discussions and deliver program communication andtraining strategies.• Work with program teams and partners to address and resolve program- andproject-level risks and issues.• Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate andsustained resource engagement throughout project execution.• Anticipate risks and issues at the program level, ensuring that eIective mitigationplans are in place to safeguard delivery timelines and objectives.• Support the ongoing development of marketing technology strategy documents.• Collaborate with cross-platform development teams on major programs.• Take ownership of or provide essential input into the measurement and tracking ofkey goals, metrics, and executive-level reporting.• Exhibit inspiring leadership throughout all initiatives and interactions.Qualifications• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, build and leverage strong workingrelationships, and guide diverse opinions to consensus.• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, priorities, and teamseIectively.• Skill in clarifying objectives, managing ambiguity and undefined problems,advocating for simplification, and influencing teams.• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with experience engaging andinfluencing cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders.• Strong knowledge of project management processes, including the use of projectmanagement software tools, templates, and management techniques.• Proactive collaborator who builds trust through transparency and delivering oncommitments.• Proven capability to manage change in a dynamic environment and influence otherswithout direct authority.• Commitment to questioning assumptions, challenging the status quo, and pursuingcontinuous improvement.• Never settles for being “good enough.”• Familiarity with the Customer Marketing technology ecosystem and relatedprograms is preferred
