Our infrastructure-first model leverages innovative supply pathways, including methanol-based hydrogen, to accelerate deployment across transport and industrial sectors.We have active operations in Edmonton and Winnipeg, with Calgary coming online, forming the base for near-term scale and international expansion. The company is now preparing for a Series A raise alongside multiple project financing initiatives.The Role:We are looking for a fractional CFO who has already done this before.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role to lead capital strategy, structure project financing, and establish institutional-grade financial discipline as the business scales through this high-growth phase. You will work directly with the CEO and play a central role in shaping the company's financing strategy across multiple markets.What You Will Deliver:Lead and close a ~$15M Series A, including investor strategy, materials, and diligenceStructure project finance for infrastructure deployments across Canada, the UK, and EuropeBuild robust financial models tied to real assets, off-take, and supply economicsStand up disciplined FP&A, cash management, and reporting processesOversee Canadian financial operations as the company expands its multi-site footprintEngage directly with investors, lenders, and strategic partnersWhat We're Looking For:Prior CFO (or equivalent) experience in energy, infrastructure, cleantech, or mobilityProven track record raising venture capital and/or growth equity ($10M+)Deep experience in project finance or structured financeComfortable operating in early-stage environments with real assets and live deploymentsExperience working across Canada and European markets is strongly preferredCredible in front of institutional investors and infrastructure partnersWhy This Role:Existing operating assets with immediate scale-upDirect ownership of Series A and project financing strategyExposure to cross-border infrastructure developmentFlexible structure with meaningful equity participationCompensation:Fractional cash + equity, aligned with outcomesJ-18808-Ljbffr
