Executive Assistant to VP University Advancement
Position Summary
This position will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of University Advancement (VPUA) and Executive Director of the Oregon Tech Foundation by performing a wide range of complex secretarial, clerical, and other professional duties.
It is the Executive Assistant’s responsibility to plan, organize, prioritize and execute assignments and projects that fall within the scope of the position. Such duties include planning meetings, organizing events, maintaining schedules, and supporting travel plans for the Vice President and others as directed. This position requires an ability to maintain confidential records and information, maintain a professional image and work with executive staff members, board members of the Oregon Tech Foundation, as well as donors, corporate leaders, and other executives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant field AND three (3) years of managing administrative support experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Ability to effectively and respectfully work, communicate, and collaborate in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Ability to utilize Adobe Acrobat
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to utilize Raiser’s Edge or a similar Customer Relations Management System (CRM)
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
