Retail Team Member

### Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Elevation. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales, opening and closing the store and working weekends. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. ### Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product knowledge and information to customers - Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently -Unpack new merchandise and steam it to put on the floor. - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends ### Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Technical sales experience is a plus At Elevation, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation, a friendly fun work environment and a chance to move up to a management position.
