Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. The district is in the process of finalizing caseload sizes and additional details, so flexibility and adaptability are highly valued in candidates who are excited to shape dynamic student services.Openings include roles focused on general SLP services (overflow), dedicated site-based support, and specialized Child Find and pre-K services—allowing you to match your skills and interests with available opportunities.Key Qualifications:Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and active CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)Experience in school-based SLP settings or strong interest in supporting children in educational environmentsFlexibility to adapt to evolving caseloads and school assignments as details are finalizedCommitment to evidence-based practices and collaborative teaming with educators and support staffEffective communication skills and cultural responsiveness working with families and multidisciplinary teamsAbility to provide a copy of your Professional Educator's License (PED) with your submissionPrimary Responsibilities:Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for students identified with speech and language needsCollaborate with educators to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Provide direct support through small group and individual therapy sessionsDocument student progress and complete necessary reports in accordance with school and state guidelinesParticipate in Child Find and early intervention services for pre-K populations as requiredCommunicate regularly with families regarding strategies and student progressConsider applying for this rewarding contract opportunity if you're passionate about making a difference for students and families.
