Join our team at Lalla Grill, a full-service restaurant located at The Dunes Promenade in Marina! Lalla Grill and El Charrito operate together under one roof, offering both a full-service dining experience and a casual counter-service option. With shared kitchen operations and vibrant indoor/outdoor dining spaces, we create a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and upbeat Host/Hostess who creates a warm first impression and helps ensure a smooth flow of service. What You'll Do:Greet guests warmly and manage waitlists and reservations. Seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections. Maintain organization of the host stand and entry area. Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries. Take and process to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely pickup. Manage and coordinate online orders with the kitchen and front-of-house team. Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding table status. Help maintain cleanliness of the front entrance and lobby area. Assist with light support duties for the front-of-house team as needed. What We're Looking For:1-2 years of restaurant or customer service experience preferred. Friendly, bubbly, and professional demeanor. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Reliable and punctual.
