Billing Specialist

Interested applicants, please email Gerard Auclair at GAuclair@KBWfinancial.com with a Word copy of your resume.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and review client invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution Research and respond to billing questions from both internal teams and external clients Post incoming payments, reconcile account activity, and assist with daily cash receipt processing Maintain and update customer billing records, account setups, and invoicing preferences Process account adjustments including credits, write-downs, and billing modifications Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support ongoing billing operations Assist with maintaining organized financial records and supporting departmental reporting needs Participate in additional finance and administrative projects as assigned RequirementsAssociate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered 3+ years of experience within billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support functions Prior experience within a professional services environment is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential financial information Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience working within billing or accounting systems required Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced settingThis is a fully onsite opportunity with compensation is up to $62,000 DOE.*KBW789**KBWMON*
