This position involves delivering palletized grocery products to local store locations within approximately 100 air miles of Frederick, Maryland. Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour Schedule: Varies - apply to learn more Training: 5 days of training provided before the driver operates alone Job Details Route Type: Local Freight: Palletized grocery products Equipment: Class A tractor-trailer, automatic transmission (manual transmission knowledge preferred) Handling: Electric riding pallet jack and single electric pallet jack used for freight handling Key Responsibilities Deliver palletized groceries to local store locations Load and unload freight using electric pallet jacks Secure product properly, including strapping egg racks Minimum Requirements Valid CDL Class A license 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience Strong backing experience is highly preferred Electric pallet jack experience preferred, but training will be provided Ability to load and unload palletized freight Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements Benefits Competitive weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Referral Program Why Work With Trans Force Trans Force drivers are respected professionals.
