Role Description We are seeking a dedicated full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team on-site in Camp Verde, AZ. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and supporting executive staff with various organizational duties. The role requires excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills to ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage files, organize tasks, and support daily office activitiesStrong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication to professionally handle calls, emails, and customer interactionsExperience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and handling sensitive or confidential informationAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plusPrevious experience in an administrative role is highly desirable
