Reliability Engineer, Amazon Leo
Overview
In this role you will drive reliability for Amazon Leo hardware, building a center of excellence and leading a team to meet rigorous reliability targets. You will work with subsystem teams to guide designs, perform stress-driven risk analyses, and develop system-level models for spacecraft optimization. You’ll apply physics-of-failure, predictive modeling, and test capabilities to identify weaknesses and ensure robust performance in space environments. This is a mission-driven role that shapes product quality and mission success at scale.
