Servicenow & Jira Administrator The ServiceNow & Jira Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, configuration, and selective development of the ServiceNow and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) platforms. This role acts as the primary platform owner, ensuring both ecosystems are stable, well-governed, and continuously improved.
