🚀 Hiring: Senior Microsoft Purview Engineer (Bay Area)We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Microsoft Purview Engineer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data protection and governance solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.🔍 What you’ll be doing:• Architect and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Information Protection strategies• Design and manage sensitivity labeling, auto-classification, and encryption policies• Build and optimize data governance frameworks using Microsoft Purview• Develop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API• Integrate Purview with security tools like Defender and Sentinel• Partner with security, compliance, and legal teams on regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX)🧠 What we’re looking for:• 10+ years in security, data governance, or M365/Azure environments• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview (DLP, labeling, eDiscovery)• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation• Solid understanding of compliance and data protection frameworks• Background in enterprise environments (finance, healthcare, tech preferred)📍 Location: Bay Area (local candidates preferred)If you’re someone who enjoys building and scaling real-world data protection systems—not just managing them—this could be a great fit.
