Landscape Designer

*Job Summary* As a Landscape Designer, you will be responsible for creating outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. You will work on designing landscapes for various projects, including residential, commercial, and public spaces. *Responsibilities* - Design outdoor spaces by incorporating elements such as plants, trees, hardscapes, Pools, and water features - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Create detailed landscape plans using software like Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, and GIS -Working with warm leads, following up with clients, Scheduling client meetings, and tracking leads in CRM software - Develop irrigation plans to ensure proper Drainage - Draft construction documents and specifications for landscape installations - Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and provide recommendations - Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of designs *Skills* - Knowledge of hardscape design principles - Experience with CAD software, Pool 360 or other design software - Ability to illustrate design ideas effectively - Understanding of civil engineering concepts related to landscaping - Familiarity with irrigation systems and water management practices - Strong project scheduling skills to meet deadlines efficiently - Proficiency in GIS software for mapping and analyzing spatial data Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,284.00 - $62,022.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Ability to Relocate: Lafayette, IN: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
