The provider will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including conducting patient evaluations, performing physical examinations, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include educating patients on cardiovascular health, monitoring treatment progress, managing chronic conditions, and collaborating with physicians to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Expertise in patient evaluation, physical examinations, and cardiovascular condition managementAbility to develop treatment plans and provide patient education on cardiovascular healthStrong collaboration and teamwork skills for working with physicians and healthcare teamsProven experience in managing chronic conditions and monitoring treatment progressExcellent interpersonal, communication, and patient care skillsRequired certifications: Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or Physician Assistant (PA)BLS and ACLS (Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certificationPrevious experience in cardiology is required
