Controller
We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Controller to lead our core accounting function and strengthen our financial infrastructure and our team as we continue to grow. This is a senior finance leadership role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP while maintaining a robust system of accounting policies, controls, and processes.The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can balance strategic oversight with active involvement in day-to-day accounting operations with a strong bent toward people leadership. We support pay transparency and the On-Target Earnings (OTE - which includes base salary, bonus, and other incentives) range for this position is between $160,000- 200,000 combined plus a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with an employer contribution.
