Magazine2014 – SPARK FastTrack Award from Ann Arbor SPARKSpecialtiesEnterprise Solutions, Web Development, Data Warehousing, Systems Integration, IT Security, Storage Technologies, Development and Delivery, Business Intelligence, Telecommunications, Consulting and Planning, Network design, Implementation & AdministrationPositionClient Facing Security Officer (CFSO)Location: Chicago, ILDuration: 7 months contract to perm.Key ResponsibilitiesBe at the client site at least once per week and as needed; may work remotely otherwise.Travel to California a couple of times through the contract (<25% of the time); expenses will be covered by the client.Serve as a client-facing security advisor; communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.Work with virtual teams and advise senior client security leadership.Understand and propose solutions to mitigate risks within the overall security/threat landscape.QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's Degree (specialization in Info Security is a big plus).6+ years of proven experience in Information Security domain.Experience reporting to CISO/senior security leadership.Excellent understanding of tools and processes used for strengthening information security posture (Infrastructure Security devices – IDS/IPS, FW, VPN etc.; Vulnerability Scanning tools, host based security systems, ISO 27001 controls, etc.).Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English; client-facing role.Ability to work with virtual teams.Good understanding of IT infrastructure architecture.Intelligent, articulate and persuasive individual capable of serving as an effective advisor to senior client security leadership.Can communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff and drive security across multiple teams.CISSP certification required; CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 – LA, LI, CGEIT recommended.J-18808-Ljbffr
