🚨 Hiring: Manager – Decision Support & Cost Accounting | Healthcare Finance 🚨📍 Location: Dover, DE Area (Onsite)💼 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced Healthcare Finance professional with strong expertise in STRATA Jazz, forecasting, and healthcare cost accounting to join a leading healthcare organization.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Manage and optimize the Cost Accounting & Decision Support systems• Lead service line profitability analysis and monthly P&L reporting• Support strategic financial planning, ROI analysis, NPV/IRR calculations, and feasibility studies• Oversee productivity systems and reporting to agencies such as S&P, Fitch, DAC, and EMMA• Assist with implementation and maintenance of STRATA forecasting modules• Mentor analysts and support financial software implementations• Partner with leadership teams to improve financial and operational performance🔹 Required Qualifications:✔ 10+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Budgeting, or Decision Support✔ Strong experience with STRATA Jazz / STRATA Financial Systems✔ Healthcare / Hospital industry experience is mandatory✔ Experience with forecasting and financial modeling✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field⭐ Preferred:• MBA or Master’s in Healthcare Administration• Experience with hospital reimbursement, bundled payments, or physician compensation models• Financial or healthcare certificationsThis is an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact financial planning and strategic healthcare initiatives within a growing healthcare environment.
