Bar Manager

Job Overview Electric Playhouse seeks an enthusiastic Bar Manager to oversee bar operations and work closely with the General Manager to ensure staff excellence. The Bar Manager will manage inventory, train bartenders, and guarantee an immersive, high-quality experience for guests. This role also involves hiring bar staff, coordinating with the General Manager for recruitment, and ensuring all employees maintain the necessary credentials, including TAM and work cards. Duties Oversee bar operations, including opening and closing duties Collaborate with the General Manager on hiring and training bar staff Ensure all employees maintain updated TAM and work cards Manage inventory, ordering, and staff scheduling Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Develop creative, immersive drink menus for guest experiences Provide exceptional guest service, resolving guest concerns as needed Skills Minimum of 2 years of bar management experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with high-volume venues preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Familiarity with local liquor license laws and regulations.
