Shop Technician Lakeland, FLPay: $22.00 - $24.00/HRSchedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pmJob Type: FulltimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team in a handson role supporting the preparation, maintenance, and repair of hoisting and rigging rental equipment. This position plays a key part in ensuring our equipment is reliable, safe, and ready for immediate use by customers across a wide range of industries. You will work in a fastpaced warehouse environment performing inspections, repairs, and equipment handling while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare rental equipment orders and perform quality inspections. Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, reassemble, and test electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and handoperated equipment. Conduct routine preventative maintenance on equipment. Operate a forklift to load/unload vehicles and move equipment throughout the warehouse. Drive company vehicles to transport rental orders safely and on schedule.
