Business Process and Data Analyst

Develop current-state and future-state process flows and business process documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical resources to gather requirements and define process improvement initiatives. Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends and root causes. Design, develop, and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions. Support automation and optimization initiatives utilizing various technology solutions.What You'll Need Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three or more years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence. Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements. Experience working with business process modeling, process design, and project coordination. Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
