In this role, you'll take ownership of assigned routes, drive the street sweeper, and operate specialized equipment to keep streets clean and well-maintained.The job responsibilities below outline the core duties and expectations of a position, providing clarity on how the role supports Company goals. However, not all duties can be listed, and as business needs evolve, responsibilities may shift over time to reflect new priorities, processes, or technologies:Route Execution: Review routes in advance, ask clarifying questions as needed, and complete assigned work on time with attention to quality.Safety & Inspections: Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and operational before starting work.Equipment & Material Handling: Operate equipment safely and efficiently, follow traffic laws and site protocols, and handle materials according to disposal and safety procedures.Reporting & Documentation: Immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns and accurately complete required logs and paperwork.Professional Communication: Represent the Company professionally and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.Adaptability & Reliability: Respond effectively to changing conditions, solve problems as they arise, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.Minimum Job Requirements:Minimum job qualifications define the essential skills, experience, and abilities needed to succeed in the role.
