Superintendent - Data CentersPosition Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent specializing in data centers to oversee construction projects in the mission-critical sector. The ideal candidate will manage construction activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders. This role requires travel to various project sites and a strong background in data center construction and MEP systems.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards on all project sites.Utilize P6 for project scheduling and Bluebeam for document management and coordination.Review and approve construction drawings and specifications using Autodesk software.Manage MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) installations and ensure all systems meet design specifications.Conduct quality inspections and address any issues promptly during the construction process.Travel to various job sites as needed to oversee progress and resolve any onsite challenges.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in data center or mission-critical construction.Proficient in P6, Bluebeam, and Autodesk software.Strong understanding of MEP systems and semiconductor facility requirements.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to travel to project sites as necessary.Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Email Your Resume In Word ToAlec.Grice@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
