This leadership role is responsible for ensuring departmental compliance with DOL and Company policies, maintaining financial and program integrity, and supporting efficient Center operations.The selected candidate will supervise Finance and Administration staff, manage budgets and resources, oversee procurement and subcontract activities, and ensure effective maintenance of Center facilities and assets. This position also plays a key role in staff development, operational compliance, and fostering positive community partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Finance & Administration departments and daily operationsManage Center budgets, expenditures, purchasing, and resourcesEnsure compliance with DOL and Company policies and proceduresMonitor audits, financial integrity, and accountability of Center assetsSupervise, train, and develop staff while ensuring high performanceSupport facility maintenance and operational efficiencyBuild and maintain positive community and workforce partnershipsPromote a positive and supportive environment for staff and studentsMay serve as Acting Center Director in the absence of the Center DirectorQualificationsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsExperience in finance, administration, operations, or program managementAbility to manage multiple departments and priorities effectivelyExperience supervising staff and managing budgets preferredCommitment to professionalism, integrity, and student successQualificationsQualificationsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsExperience in finance, administration, operations, or program managementAbility to manage multiple departments and priorities effectivelyExperience supervising staff and managing budgets preferredCommitment to professionalism, integrity, and student successBachelors degree from an accredited school preferred.
