Job Description Hear Again America – Frisco, part of a nationwide network of over 45 Hear Again America clinic locations, is seeking a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their Frisco, TX clinic. (Audiologists with strong hearing aid experience may also be considered.)Position Overview: The Hearing Instrument Specialist will focus on delivering personalized hearing-aid solutions through patient consultations, device selection, fittings, and follow-up care.This role emphasizes building long-term patient relationships, guiding patients through their hearing healthcare journey, and achieving successful outcomes with hearing technology. In addition to patient care, the position includes participating in local community outreach and relationship-building to support hearing health education and clinic visibility.As the clinic continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity for expanded responsibilities and professional growth aligned with the needs of the practice.The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with patients, is confident discussing hearing aid options and value, and takes pride in helping patients hear better in their everyday lives.Key Responsibilities: Conduct hearing evaluations and in-office consultations for adult patientsRecommend hearing aid solutions aligned with patient goals, lifestyle, and communication needsFit, program, verify, and adjust hearing aids using best-practice protocolsProvide counseling, troubleshooting, and ongoing follow-up care to support long-term outcomesMaintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentationCollaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support continuity of careParticipate in local community outreach efforts, including educational events, screenings, and referral relationship-buildingRepresent the clinic professionally at community events to promote hearing health awarenessRequirementsActive Texas Hearing Instrument Specialist licenseExperience with hearing aid consultations, fittings, and follow-up careStrong patient communication and relationship-building skillsEthical, patient-centered approach to hearing careComfortable working independently while collaborating with leadershipCompensation & Benefits Salary plus bonus/commission potential: $85,000–$100,000+Healthcare stipendPaid time off (PTO), paid holidaysProfessional development supportEmployee discounts
