Labela is seeking U.S. Board-Certified Interventional Radiologists for high-level clinical consulting. You will serve as a subject matter expert to validate, refine, and audit the clinical reasoning of frontier AI models. This is a flexible, remote role designed for senior clinicians to influence the safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale. Key Responsibilities Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated procedural strategies and diagnostic reasoning to ensure alignment with SIR standards. High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level "ground truth" for intricate imaging datasets (CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy). Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or "hallucinations" in AI outputs that could impact patient safety. Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for minimally invasive interventions. Qualifications Certification: Active U.S. Board Certification in Interventional Radiology (ABR/ABVM Experience: Minimum of 5 years of post-fellowship clinical practice Citizenship: Must be based in the United States Communication: Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.
