Full Stack Developer
Software Developer – UTS Platform and Data Analytics Team (UPDATe) Nightwing is seeking a Software Developer to support biographic and biometric identity tools for the UTS Platform and Data Analytics Team (UPDATe). The role involves working in a fast‐paced, multitasking environment to gather enhancement requirements, develop, test, and deploy features that meet mission‐critical needs. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain high‐quality UI/UX components using Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. • Contribute to full‐stack development, including backend services with Java8+, SpringBoot, or Spring Framework. • Build and consume RESTful APIs. • Support application deployments and operations within an AWS environment. • Collaborate with analysts and team members to translate business requirements into functional solutions. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation activities. Mandatory Qualifications Strong UI/UX experience with Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and browser compatibility. Full‐stack development experience capable of backend contributions. Proficiency with Java8+, SpringBoot, and/or Spring Framework. Experience developing and using RESTful APIs. Application support in an AWS environment. Familiarity with JIRA and GitHub. Optional Qualifications SQL, D3, GraphQL, Jenkins, Linux. AWS Services. AWS Developer Certification. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Day1 Security clearance level TS/SCI with a polygraph is required from day one. Salary & Benefits The base salary for this position ranges from $122,000 to $253,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and expertise. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance, a 401k plan, PTO, holidays, and additional insurances.
