We are looking for an authentic leader who values teamwork, empathy, and accountability.The Bone Dry Roofing mission is "To Ensure Peace of Mind" for our customers and each other by consistently delivering the Bone Dry Experience."Duties And ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and ownership while aligning with established SOP's, service standards, and our overall missionEnsure budgets and financial operational goals are met by working with the Regional Manager (RM) to ensure the market location is adhering to Bone Dry policies and procedures. Access the need for additional staffing and collaborate with the RM on any additional or replacement needsResponsible for the hiring, training, retention, evaluation, review, transferring, supervision, development, and discipline of employees. Prepare budgets and financial goals in collaboration with RM for your assigned market. Manage workflow and expenses to ensure maximum efficiency and profitabilityManage collections and ensure collections procedures are being followed. Accountable for your assigned locations financial results. Work with the RM to implement Bone Dry's established procedures and operations procedures to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency and customer service. Responsible for ensuring employees follow the procedures outlined in the BDR Mission, Strategic Plan, Service Standards. And SOP’s. Continually assess the business climate, sales and production backlogs, inventory, and staffing. Make recommendations for adjustments to the Regional ManagerAct as a representative of Bone Dry for the community and public relations. Promote the Bone-Dry brand in all interactions, internally and externallyResolve customer complaints and warranty issuesWork closely with the RM, your team, manufacturers, and suppliers to maintain positive relationships and win/win negotiationsFill in where needed for sales, production, or administration roles as work dictates and be able to perform all the tasks within your supervisionWork closely with other market RM's, GM's to implement storm plans and share resources to capture revenueKeep team members informed of operational (policies/procedures) changes, as well as inspired to embrace cultural initiatives and company/market changes resulting from growth or new directionEnsure the smooth and effective onboarding of all new team members by providing them with the tools, access, and dedicated time for such, as well as an overview and regular check-ins on their development goals and opportunitiesProvide guidance and direction to all team members regarding professional developmentSafety (Ensure safe work environment, communicate safety plan, perform jobsite audits)Responsible for weekly payroll deadlines and accuracyResponsible for Fleet/Property maintenance (trucks and offices are kept clean and in good working order)QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licensePass a background check and Pre-employment Drug ScreenMust be able to climb ladder safely, access various roof types (flat, low-slope, steep/inclined), and occasionally lift up to 50 lbsMinimum two (2) years of construction industry experience in management is a must with emphasis on all facets of business including but not limited to customer relations, extensive knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and requirementsPrevious experience leading a sales team through mentoring and coaching for sales metric accomplishmentsOther critical skills include planning & organizing; problem identification/resolution, multi-tasking, entrepreneurial ownership, follow-through skills to bring tasks and situations to closure in a timely manner, priority setting, and having a sense of urgency in accomplishing tasksMust be self-aware with a collaborative spirit and experience getting results while keeping healthy relationships intact; authentic interest in the development and well-being of othersMust be self-motivated/driven individual that has a proactive can-do attitude to handle any customer or employee situation that may ariseP&L experience with respect to managing sales and profitable operationsPrevious Military experience a plusSpanish language a plusCompensation And BenefitsVery competitive base , contingent upon experience, with Bonus PlanMedical, Vision, and Dental InsuranceCompany paid Life InsuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k) PlanPTO, Vacation & HolidaysCompany cell phone, truck, fuel, and expense card providedAt Bone Dry-We build more than roofs.
