Physical Therapist - Lafayette, Indiana

A healthcare facility in Lafayette, IN, is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with orthopedic expertise for an outpatient therapy setting. This contract opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The role focuses on orthopedic and neuro patients, providing comprehensive physical therapy services including post-operative care, sports medicine injuries, overuse conditions, and low back pain management.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans for orthopedic and neurologic patients.Provide therapy interventions for post-operative patients, sports injuries, and chronic pain.Utilize modalities such as soft tissue mobilization and taping to enhance patient outcomes.Document patient progress accurately using the EPIC electronic medical record system.Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to deliver patient-centered care.Adhere strictly to dress code policies, wearing dark gray scrubs.Qualifications & Desired Experience:Valid Indiana Physical Therapy licensure required.Minimum of 1 year of experience in orthopedic physical therapy.Proficiency with post-operative orthopedic patients, sports medicine, overuse injuries, and low back pain treatments.Additional training in modalities like soft tissue mobilization and taping is preferred.High energy, team-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills.Location Details: Situated in Lafayette, Indiana, this facility is conveniently located at 3001 S Creasy Lane, Suite 100B.
